Keep your documents
Please keep the proof of delivery, receipts, invoice and certificates with your pen. Remember that you have a 2-year guarantee on the workmanship. After that, you can still contact me for further support and servicing at a quoted fee.

UK Postal Services

Prices over the year may vary, please check the postal tabel for details.

International Postal Services

Parcels above a certain value are sent via Royal Mail, tracked and insured, and require a signature upon delivery by the foreign postal service. See the postal table for the latest update. Delivery times vary by country, region and state; orders to Canada can take up to 6 weeks to clear Customs and Excise. The Seller is not responsible for such delays, nor for any delays, damage or loss of items in transit. Postal insurance is provided to protect the goods against such eventualities.

Bespoke orders

I require a small down payment for new designs that do not yet exist in my range. For bespoke orders, I will provide an estimated lead time. I will then send a cost offer, which must be agreed before the down payment is made within one week. For pen-making orders under £300, I charge a £25 deposit; above this amount, it is 20%. If I am unable to deliver the goods and the lead time exceeds the estimated time by 50% or more, you can receive your deposit back with no obligation to buy. Payments and refunds are processed via the payment service provider.

Out of stock items

You can request another similar version if a design is marked as sold. This is subject to material availability. There is no down payment for making one that already exists in my pen range.

End of year orders

Due to issues surrounding border rules, such as but not limited to the pandemic, the Seller, a sole trader, cannot guarantee timely delivery of goods in December. Goods ordered after 20 November each year will be dispatched as usual but may arrive in January, missing Christmas delivery.
