Order & Delivery

Place an order and expect within 7 days an invoice via email from the payment providers, Square or PayPal, under the business name POWERFUL SIGNATURE ('The Seller') with a reference to the order number.

Keep your documents
Please keep the proof of delivery, the receipts, invoice and the received certificates with your pen. Remember that you have 2 years guarantee on the workmanship. After this you can still contact me for further support and servicing at a quotation fee.

Parcels above a certain value go via Royal Mail, tracked and insured, to be signed at point of delivery by the foreign postal service. See the postal table for the latest update. The postal transfer times varies by national region and state, orders to Canada can take 6 weeks to pass Custom and Excise, The Seller is not responsible for such delays. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages or lost items in transit. To protect the goods, the postal insurance covers eventualities.

I do require a small down payment for new designs which do not yet exist in my range. For bespoke orders I will give an estimated lead time. An offer will be given of the costs which has to be agreed and then the down payment has to be paid within 1 week. For pen making orders below £300 I charge a small fee of £25 as a deposit, above this it will be 20%. Should it happen I am not being able to deliver the goods, and the lead-time for the order surpasses 50% or more than estimated time, then you can get get your deposit back and there is no obligation to buy the goods. Payments and refunds go via the payment service providers.

You can request for another similar version should a design be marked as sold. This is subject to material still available. There is no down payment for making one that already exists in the range of pens I made.

Because of all the issues surrounding border rules such as, but not limited to, the pandemic, it is for The Seller, being sole trader, not possible to guarantee the timely delivery of goods in the December period. Goods ordered in each year after 20 Nov will go out as usual but may arrive in January of the next year missing the delivery before the Christmas.
