NFC Certificate Lookup

From 1 Sept 2021 the fountain pen and certificate have both a nfc tag for certification and provenance.

The tag can only be read when there is no converter in the post of the pen.

- Certificates without NFC can be used at the page nfc-certificate
- Certificates without NFC can be used at the page paper-certificate
