PS Powerful Signature further mentioned as 'We' is subjected to the GDPR Governance applicable to businesses less then 250 staff and subjected to the UK Data Protection Act. PS Powerful Signature is owned by Rob van Nigtevecht, a sole trader registered in the UK, trading online and on fairs.

We do not share your email address with anyone else, you email address solely used for the purpose to exchange communication with the shop. Your email address, the name you enter, the message and related logs are stored on the website. Site logs and system logs will be deleted after 12 months with the exception of data with must be kept for legal reasons as explained in 'Your personal data and our website'.
Your purchase details are solely used for the purchase of the transactions and the delivery of goods, this is not shared with anyone then the payment transaction provider SquareUp. Your delivery address is shared with Royal Mail or an applicable courier for the purpose of sending goods.
Your payment takes place via SquareUp where the transactions and your personal details are stored under their GDPR policies.
Your buying and shipment details are readable to you and the admin of PS Powerful Signature only.
Your card details are stored and encrypted which cannot be retrieved by PS Powerful Signature or anyone else. The card details can be used for reverse transactions after you have sent the goods back as mentioned in the site T&C policy or for any other agreed reason. The purchase transactions will be deleted after 12 months but the payment transactions removal on SquareUp will be managed by SquareUp under their policies.
PS removes accounts which are not used for a period longer then 12 months and details are anonymized or deleted depending on what is required by laws to keep such are traceable information of selling products. The products are then no longer associated to you.
Certificates of products will remain to exist as part of the product guarantee and provenance, this contains on the website no personal data, it only contains information to confirm that the certificate is genuine. A paper copy exists of the certificate which contains personal information will be destroyed after 5 years. Personal information can exist in emails, as well as order and payment confirmations, on request this can be deleted also. Your payment details however will still exists on SquareUp Payments.
